3D Printed Full Solid Metal Cavity
Gaudio's headphone shell is made of advanced 3D metal printing technology, and the acoustic chamber designed by the acoustic team is integrated inside, using a 100% catheter-free design to greatly reduce the dynamic compression of sound. The driver can be precisely positioned inside the chamber, and the compact components reduce vibration when the driver is sounded, allowing for precise reproduction of the soundstage, accurate positioning of instruments and vocals for higher resolution sound.

The precise metal body is the key to making the headphones particularly snug in, allowing Gaudio headphones to enjoy both high durability and comfort, as well as up to 25 dB of passive noise cancellation.
The newly designed metal nozzle
is close to the funnel shape, avoiding the sound compression caused by the previous generation of "D" shaped nozzles, which can more faithfully render the timbre of the instrument and show a larger sound field. By using different metals on the body and mouthpiece, the resonance between each other can be reduced, which reduces the introduction of unnecessary vibration distortion and reproduces the tone more accurately.
